The COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, has left a profound and lasting impact on global health. While acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and other immediate complications have been extensively studied, the long-term sequelae of COVID-19 are only beginning to be understood. Among these, post-COVID pulmonary fibrosis (PCPF) emerges as a particularly concerning condition, posing significant challenges to both patients and healthcare providers. This editorial explores the complexities of PCPF, its challenges, and potential strategies for effective management.References
