Abstract

Pakistan ranks at 4 number, in MDR-TB with estimated annual cases of 1300among notified pulmonary TB cases. Unfortunately young children and infantsare more at risk because of more attachment with elder and parents.We are reporting a rare case of MDR-TB in a 2 years boy.
